Who are we?

We are a small business based in Yorkshire, England. Established in 2017 we specialise in home decor and giftware items.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We guarantee all orders are dispatched the next working day. Early morning orders quite often get posted the same day!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our standard postage is via Royal Mail second class, so you order should arrive to you within 2-3 working days from the dispatch day (3-5 working days from ordering)

International orders vary though our tracked services offer delivery from approx 5-7days from dispatch.

We do not offer free shipping as standard. A lot of companies in order to do this add shipping costs into the price of the product, which means if your order has multiple items in, you're likely paying for your postage multiple times! At Happybloop we offer a set shipping fee for all orders, this is to make sure you as our customers always have a fair and honest price, and never tricked into paying more.

This is also to protect the price for our local customers who qualify for free pickup or delivery. If you are local to our area, please feel free to contact us at Happybloop@hotmail.com to enquire about our free pickup/delivery service. 

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30 days refund policy.
We offer free returns on items that arrive damaged or faulty.
Change of mind orders can be returned for store credit.
Please note that we may ask for photographic evidence of damaged items before issuing a free returns label.
